Job Description

INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving high-intent trial signups and fueling our product-led growth objectives.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of channels—partners, nurture, affiliate, and email—while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to craft and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential as you help shape our customer journey from awareness to activation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop, implement and continuously optimize strategies to increase high-intent trial signups across (but not limited to) partners, nurture, affiliate, and email.
  • Support the execution of lead-generation and direct-acquisition initiatives in alignment with product-led growth objectives. 
  • Collaborate with performance marketing agencies and internal teams to develop, execute and optimize campaigns that align with established strategic objectives. Focus on maximizing impact across channels through segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Use analytics and tracking tools to monitor and report on program and channel performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide operational support to align cross-functional efforts and ensure a seamless user experience from awareness, to acquisition, and activation.
  • Proactively uncover and test innovative growth opportunities outside traditional media and advocate for top-of-funnel strategies that drive awareness and engagement while complementing bottom-of-funnel conversion goals.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, including drip programs, onboarding sequences, and personalized engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Content, and Product Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns and releases.
  • Oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, measurable, and aligned with campaign objectives. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing to gather and analyze data on customer segments. Use insights to inform campaign execution and enhance the effectiveness of acquisition efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelors' degree in marketing, business or related field (preferred)
  • 5-7+ years of working experience as a digital marketer in a dynamic startup or high growth environment
  • Experience executing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Experience in optimizing programs, email campaigns and acquisition funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence decision making
  • Understanding of a SaaS business model and related metrics (preferred)
  • A genuine curiosity for how businesses work and how to make them grow
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and concepts in ways that will resonate with leadership and the wider organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data from various sources to draw insights that inform strategy and prioritization
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders with minimal oversight or direction
  • Experience with key digital and growth marketing topics: SEO, SEM, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS), etc

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $85,500.00 -- $98,500.00 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
