Support, configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Absence). Provide advanced functional support, troubleshoot integrations with payroll/ERP/timekeeping, ensure data integrity, perform release testing, develop reports using Oracle reporting tools and SQL, document systems, train users, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives with HR and technical stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Specialist to support, configure, optimize, and maintain enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring HCM systems effectively support organizational objectives, business processes, compliance requirements, and workforce operations. This position requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, functional configuration, troubleshooting, system integrations, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to enhance system performance, improve user experience, and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise HCM platforms.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Experience supporting one or more of the following modules:Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Absence Management
- Experience configuring Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Knowledge of HCM business processes and HR operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations.
- Strong SQL and reporting skills.
- Experience with testing, validation, and release management activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
