  • Pull HR data reports for internal stakeholders as necessary

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the HR function by educating and advising leaders

  • Provide consultation to HR partners to assist in telling the data story of their function and recommending best analysis or metrics for their use cases

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and services

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and decision-making

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience creating and delivering analytics to stakeholders in a professional environment

  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports to inform decision-making

  • Strong data visualization and data storytelling skills. Copywriting, communications, technical writing, and/or presentation writing experience a plus

  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content usage and effectiveness

  • Knowledge of Workday

  • Proficiency in Python (or R) and Snowflake/SQL

  • Experience in Google Slides, docs, and sheets preferred
