This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Toronto, ON, Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle & Benefits:
- Own and execute employee lifecycle operations from offer acceptance through departure
- Drive the logistics of onboarding, including benefits enrollment, system access, and documentation
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation
- Serve as the go-to resource for benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Own leave management processes, including tracking and compliance
- Coordinate with payroll on benefits-related items
- Compliance & Immigration:
- Own compliance aspects of employee lifecycle, including I-9 verification and background checks
- Develop & manage the HR team’s compliance calendar
- Support immigration processes across all locations, partnering with vendors and tracking documentation
- Help maintain HR policies and the employee handbook
- Track completion of required employee training programs
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- HRIS & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee data across all HR systems
- Generate reports and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support ongoing HRIS projects and updates
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR Operations experience, with exposure to both benefits and compliance
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive processes
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Track record of building scalable processes in fast-paced environments
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
