1. Responsible for the HR operation execution in Canada, including full employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, termination, transfer; compensation and benefits, data management, etc. Make sure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, and continuously improve service levels and employee experience;

2. Understand the relevant HR policies in Canada, and establish a compliant, reasonable HR policy;

3. Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party service providers, and continuously monitor and manage service provided.

4. Responsible for local HR operation process and execution. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences;

5. Optimize HR work practices and put forward reasonable suggestions through relevant benchmarking research or data analysis.
