We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our vibrant team in Calgary. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that our HR policies and practices support our workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and effective onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Track training completion, ensure policy awareness, and support professional development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Lead performance management processes and support employee development through training and mentoring programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records accurately.
  • Develop and implement HR metrics to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Experience with ADP is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and global workforce management.
