Responsibilities
Prepare HR documents including reports, employment confirmations, leave forms, promotions, transfers and other documents
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Respond to employee inquiries on topics like leave policies, address updates, and general HR matters
Maintain weekly HR reports tracking departures and key metrics
Update HR systems, dashboards, and forms
Coordinate exit interviews by sending questionnaires, updating records, and liaising with the HR team
Support documentation and improvement of HR processes and practices
Audit employee records and reporting structures to ensure accurate organizational charts
Assist with occupational health and safety communications and follow-ups
Help manage work permit and visa applications
Contribute ideas for process improvements and support HR initiatives
Collaborate and contribute on various HR projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, or a post graduate certificate in human resources
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
Proactive, flexible and collaborative mindset
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Written and spoken French knowledge is an asset
