Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building lasting industry relationships? Durabuilt Windows & Doors is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive profitable growth in the Lethbridge area.
In this role, you won't just be selling products; you’ll be designing and implementing sales plans to meet ambitious goals while representing a company known for its high ethical and cultural standards. What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team marketing goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations.
  • Lead Management: Convert inbound inquiries into sales and proactively make outbound calls to qualify leads and grow assigned builder accounts.
  • Showroom Excellence: Work with showroom traffic to provide product demonstrations, value engineering options, and expert pricing information.
  • End-to-End Service: Manage the full sales cycle - from quoting and accurate order entry (using PQM and MS Office) to proactive after-sales follow-up.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional listening and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
