Build the future with us

Are you driven by collaboration, service excellence, and supporting sales growth in an insurance‑focused environment?

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the sales process by acting as the primary point of contact for administrative, sales, and operational support to Sales Directors, Associates, and financial advisors/MGAs.

This position represents an excellent opportunity to leverage your knowledge of the financial services industry, your analytical skills, and your client‑focused approach within a company where people and their development are at the core of our priorities—fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams, particularly in relation to insurance and financial products, sales structures, regulatory documentation, and internal processes;
  • Acting as a key liaison between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams (operations, compliance, marketing, and investments) to ensure clear communication;
  • Managing, maintaining, and distributing sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to financial solutions, including inventory management in collaboration with the sales team;
  • Supporting advisor engagement and development by onboarding advisors, presenting available tools and support, and conducting follow‑ups after sales activities, training sessions, or strategic announcements;
  • Tracking and analyzing sales activities and results to provide relevant metrics, reports, and enhanced visibility to support sales performance and decision‑making;
  • Producing customized lists of advisors, partners, and sales contacts, while maintaining up‑to‑date advisor segmentation based on business profile, potential, and client needs.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has post‑secondary education in administration, finance, insurance, investments, or a related field;
  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and high accuracy;
  • Stands out through advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to use digital platforms such as Constant Contact or equivalent tools;
  • Shows a strong ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to constant change, and deliver precise work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure sales support environment;
  • Has experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry, or in a support role related to these sectors (Asset).

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence;
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed;
  • The opportunity to work in a remote environment.
