We’re on the hunt for a driven, detail-oriented Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our Calgary studio. If you’re early in your career and ready to level up your skills across digital, print, social, and web — this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing digital and print assets for multiple brands and clients
- Creating everything from social content and web banners to landing pages and brochures
- Supporting concept development with mockups and production-ready designs
- Maintaining brand consistency and organizing files across deliverables
- Participating in internal and client meetings to present and refine work
- Preparing final files for print and managing vendor communications
- Managing your workload in our internal PM system
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency is a plus but not a must)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) — bonus points for After Effects or Figma
- Strong eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Comfort with — or willingness to learn — AI tools to support workflow
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready work
- Clear, professional communicator in both spoken and written English
