What you'll need
Mandatory Qualifications
The proposed resource must have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. If obtained outside Canada, the credential must be validated by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years in Agile product management including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Gitlab, or AWS DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and roadmap planning.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years managing a software development team of at least three (3) people.
Within the past 5 years, delivered backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization outputs that directly supported software development and feature delivery.
Within the past 5 years, delivered on projects that required engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements or feedback, and translating those needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or other delivery-ready product requirements that supported software delivery.
Within the past 5 years, delivered on products that required coordinating with software development teams to support timely completion of features, iterations, or releases.
