We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the APAC Commercial Excellence team. The Commercial Excellence Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic areas of the Haleon business. The Intern will contribute to key projects in revenue management, market strategy, and data analysis, playing a critical role in driving business insights and supporting decision-making processes. In Digital Commerce (dCom), he/she/they will be part of the team to explore and identify solutions for standardizing customer data within pilot markets and provide support to the regional dCom team in the external implementation of the AI Assistant Proof of Concept (POC) on pilot platforms. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about using data to understand and influence business performance in a dynamic market environment.

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Business and Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to:

  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Conduct research and analysis through interviewing key regional commercial stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of sales and ComEx collateral.
  • Track and analyse key KPIs to derive actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Support the maintenance and development of business intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Participate in project planning and tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning outcomes:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of revenue growth management, go-to-market strategies, and business intelligence principles.
  • Develop critical thinking skills in data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Develop playbooks for strategic operational execution.
  • Understand how key KPIs drive commercial excellence.
  • Learn to collaborate effectively in a professional business setting.
  • Gain exposure to industry-leading tools and practices.

  • Prior internship or related experience is a plus.
