What you will accomplish with us

As a Compliance and Operational Risk Analyst (Intern), you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in conflict of interest management processes, including the review of employees’ personal transactions (StarCompliance);

• Collaborating in the monitoring of investment sector employees’ activities on social media (Global Relay);

• Contributing to compliance and operational risk controls, including the completion of risk assessments;

• Participating in portfolio monitoring processes;

• Supporting the team in the delivery of various compliance and operational risk projects.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administration (finance or accounting) or another relevant field;

• Is recognized for strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines;

• Stands out for autonomy, initiative, and professionalism;

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team;

• Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role requires daily verbal and written communication with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, partners, and suppliers;

• Is comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, and ideally with Bloomberg, StarCompliance, and Global Relay (assets).
