Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and current state analysis.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related policies
- Consolidate meeting minutes and assist in preparation
- Organize and coordinate the quarterly Compliance Forum
- Conduct relevant follow-ups with parties involved to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Collaborate with various plants and divisions to support GHR operations
- Coordinate administrative tasks and contribute to project-related activities
- Assist the Operations team with ongoing projects and administrative duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or superiors
- Support timely and accurate data collation
- Assist in preparing and circulating reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Reading a bachelor’s degree in business management / international Relations / International Business Management
- Preferable if the candidate has prior knowledge or experience in Law
- Added advantage if the candidate has prior work experience as an intern
