Summer Student/Intern working with our leasing and sales research team
Job Description
Summer Student/Intern working with office/industrial leasing research team will be responsible for:
-Research/update tenant and related information in our database. The information gathered and stored will be used by research for analysis and our sales team for business development pursuits.
-Miscellaneous data projects in support of the research data integrity program.
-Meet weekly targets to ensure project deadlines will be achieved.
-Present project summary based on objective/goal (TBD) which will be based on the data collection process. This summary will be presented at the end of the work term.
-Maintain a professional attitude and sincere work ethic.
Specific Skills/Courses Required:
-Organized self-starter who shows great attention to detail.
-Strength in verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and proactively.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
-Applicants must be enrolled in a post-secondary program.
