Location:Remote (USA) with In-Person 2-day Retreats 4x a year
Role Summary:The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing communications and relationships with investors, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged with our progress and performance.
Key Responsibilities:Investor Communication: Develop and maintain a robust investor communication strategy.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on financial performance and strategic direction to investors.
Event Management: Organize investor meetings, conferences, and other events.
Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze investor feedback to inform company strategies.
Experience in investor relations or financial communication.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
