Summary:
The Invoicer will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering “Service Beyond Analysis.” We are seeking a proactive and adaptable team player looking for an entry-level position who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces evolving policies and procedures to best support our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing processes while also providing administrative and general office support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our operations.
This position is based out of our Calgary Petroleum Testing Laboratory and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to service excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing work orders & creating Invoices
- Sending invoices to clients / administrative teams
- Relieve management of administrative functions and tasks
- Review, prepare, summarize and complete miscellaneous reports and documents
- Answering phones, inquiries, directing and following up as required
- Other administrative tasks as required
- High School Diploma
- Previous office and administration work experience is preferred
- High level of interpersonal skills (tact, judgement, diplomacy) and ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in a windows environment (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent planning, organization, and decision making skills
- Strong work ethic and professional positive attitude required
- The ability to work in both individually and in a team environment
- High attention to detail
