We are looking for a proactive and experienced Systems Administrator with minimum 5+yrs of experience to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will manage corporate applications, implement security measures, deploy new technologies, and provide technical support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our IT systems run smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Application Management: Administer and optimize our suite of corporate applications, monitoring performance and implementing upgrades as needed.

  • Technical Support: Provide timely support and troubleshooting for end users, addressing technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Technology Implementation: Participate in the evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of new corporate and business unit technologies.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, detailed documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with business system owners, key vendors, and our outsourced IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to optimize service delivery.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine IT processes and procedures to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • Security and Compliance: Conduct security investigations, support audit and risk management activities, and recommend security enhancements to protect our systems.

  • User Education: Assist in developing training resources and initiatives to enhance end-user knowledge and IT system security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or proven experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Strong experience on Google Workspace.

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, preferably JumpCloud

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Experience administering key cloud applications, such as Okta, Google Workspace, ZScaler or Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)

  • SaaS application administration experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently within a fully remote team.

Must have skill set -

  • Proficiency working with Google workspaces

  • Zero Trust Network Access

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)

  • Data lost prevention (DLP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Cloud+, Network+, Security+, or Google Certification

  • Experience with scripting languages/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Zapier)

  • Familiarity with the following applications: JumpCloud, Zoom, Slack, Smartsheet, Google Cloud Platform, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) software
