Role description
This role assists with daily accounting tasks for North American Region
Duties and Responsibilities
· Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
· Maintain customer records and collaborate with business managers to generate invoices.
· Analyze and process company expenses, including employee reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
· Upload and record financial transactions in the accounting system.
· Assist accounting team for month end tasks as assigned.
· Perform additional ad hoc tasks and support financial operations as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Desired:
· Experience and familiarity with SAP/Oracle or other similar large systems is an asset
· Working experience or Co-op experience is a plus
