As a Junior Product Designer, you will enhance product usability through user research, prototype design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will stay updated on UX trends to improve user experience and effectively communicate design solutions.
As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing product usability and leading the design process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand users’ goals and pain points through discovery and research, translating complex problems into clear solutions.
- Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and marketing team across the North American.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying them to enhance products’ usability and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and current design trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
