Enterprise Customer Success Team Lead

Responsibilities:

This is a people manager role focused on leading a customer success team of Key Account Managers. You and your team will focus on creating value for our largest customers through growth opportunities, product innovation and more. 

As a Team Lead, you will report to the Country Director and play an important role in driving forward our mission of a world without food waste. Key responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for team performance from target setting and accurate forecasting, to driving KPIs and landing results, to coaching and capacity planning.
  • Upskilling the team to excel at building and nurturing strong, impactful relationships with key customers to drive growth and revenue results.
  • Being customer-obsessed to consistently learn from our partners about their food loss & waste goals, then drive value for a successful long term partnership 

You would be a great candidate if you’re:

  • Concise in your pitch, curious in your analysis. You are an effective communicator and are persuasive with words as you are with numbers.
  • Thrives in the face of a challenge. You navigate ambiguity well, and embrace it as an opportunity to learn. You aren’t afraid to experiment to chase outsized impact.
  • Strategic in nature, resilient in execution. You won’t stop till we achieve our company’s vision of a world without food waste.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in a revenue-generating role (sales, customer success, business development, partnerships) with a proven record of exceeding targets. Industry experience that translates well include: technology, marketplaces, and food/hospitality.
  • 3 years of people management experience. Proven record of building and leading teams to achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Polished, driven and detail-oriented professional with a humble and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, Operations teams, especially within a matrixed organisation, 
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues.
  • Experience with our tools is a plus (Salesforce, Looker, Slack, and G Suite).
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English is an asset.
