We are seeking a senior technical leader to own the sales technology architecture for Lyft for Business. This role manages the lead-to-order technology ecosystem supporting $1B+ in annual bookings across Enterprise and Healthcare business units, including healthcare systems, government entities, educational institutions, and enterprise clients. You will architect scalable Salesforce solutions, lead complex sales technology implementations, and partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Enablement, Legal, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to drive business growth through technology innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the long term roadmap and technical architecture for Salesforce CRM and sales technology stack supporting Lyft for Business, managing the lead-to-order ecosystem for $1B+ in annual bookings with an AI-first approach to automation and intelligent workflows
  • Lead enterprise-scale projects from requirements through deployment, including new product introductions with Product teams to configure pricing, approval workflows, contract terms, and billing processes for Lyft for Business offerings
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from sales stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions that prioritize intelligent automation, leveraging Salesforce Einstein, agent-based workflows, and advanced configurations including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes for complex B2B sales needs
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and sales technology platforms (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeanData, SellerCrowd, Ringlead, Pardot, Oracle) by partnering with engineering teams, identifying opportunities for predictive lead scoring, automated enrichment, and intelligent routing
  • Architect solutions for complex sales processes including GPO partnerships, volume-based rebate calculations, multi-product contract management, and Quote-to-Cash automation in partnership with Finance and Legal teams
  • Build comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions that provide sales leadership with real-time visibility, predictive insights into pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting while establishing data quality standards and governance processes
  • Drive user adoption of new sales technologies through training programs, documentation, and change management initiatives while mentoring team members on modern automation approaches, Salesforce best practices, and requirements analysis methodologies
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of sales technology incidents, conduct root cause analysis, identify gaps in current technologies, and recommend new AI-enabled sales tools and intelligent solutions to enhance productivity and support business growth objectives
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 
  •  7+ years of Salesforce administration and configuration experience in enterprise B2B sales environments
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Extensive experience with sales technology platforms including Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead management tools with proven track record leading complex CRM configuration projects in high-volume sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations in enterprise or healthcare markets with experience in complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Expert-level requirements gathering and business process analysis skills with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable system configurations that drive measurable business results
  • Experience architecting Quote-to-Cash processes and understanding of billing system integration requirements in enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to mentor team members and establish best practices for system administration, process optimization, and modern automation approaches
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI-powered sales tools, or intelligent automation platforms strongly preferred

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $129,000 - CAD $161,250. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
