Responsibilities:
- Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
- Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows applications development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in mobile / windows application development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile / Windows applications from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in mobile /Windows development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin,Go, React Native).
- Strong understanding mobile/Windows architecture platforms.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
