. Responsabilities
- Is responsible for drafting, reviewing and supporting the negotiation along with the Procurement team for all procurement agreements in the region.
- Contributes to internal knowledge development by developing and maintaining templates, trainings, toolkits and best practices;
- Identifies any issues in procurement agreements with the merchants or business partners;
- Supports our sustainability agenda and commitments definition and execution, work closely with the relevant sustainability stakeholders in the region and globally;
- Handles (potential) claims, disputes and litigation;
- Liaises with and manages outside counsel.
- Has solid understanding of the organization and the business.
- Leads the drafting and negotiating and coordination of procurement agreements in the Hispanics market. Analyzes legal inquiries regarding conditions in contracts, formalization or termination of relationships with suppliers.
