Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:• Oversee daily operations and supervise a team of operations professionals. • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. • Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives. • Monitor departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. • Make decisions to address operational challenges. • Participate in goal setting and planning. • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement • Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications such as Sales Operations Professional (SOP) is a plus
