Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Executive Communications, to join our Broker Marketing and Communications team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering strategic and impactful initiatives to support our executive team’s Annual Communication Plan. Your mandate will be focused on building a stronger National B2B brand to better differentiate Intact in the marketplace, mobilizing and engaging the distribution network and our internal teams. The role is diverse and fulfilling. You’ll have the chance to impact strategy, build a wide range of projects and identify mandates that will foster growth and support a team in transformation. You’ll get to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders in multidisciplinary forums. What you'll do here:
Develop communications strategies to deliver on business objectives.
Lead the planning and implementation of Executive Annual Communication plans
Collaborate closely with the Events Management team to ensure optimal execution of the communication strategy, both in positioning and in content development.
Provide best-in-class executive communication support to leverage every opportunity to help our leaders stand out externally at industry events and to engage and energize internal teams.
Develop targeted and effective strategies to facilitate communication and influence behavior internally and externally.
Leverage our leadership in building resilient communities to transform employees into climate resiliency ambassadors.
Recommend and influence strategic decisions by providing high level expertise in communications areas.
Curate compelling, insights-driven content to strategically share the Intact story with internal and external audiences.
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in communications to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our communication strategies.

What you'll bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, administration or equivalent field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience working in communications, Executive Communication preferably
Minimum 5 years’ experience in people management.
Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with an action orientation.
Stellar written and verbal communication skills .
Pro-actively optimize everything we do.
Ability to manage an extensive network of stakeholders.
Strong commitment to talent management and development.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
