The Manager, Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to the Commercial and Sales organizations, driving financial insights and enabling data-driven decisions. This role is critical in supporting the company’s Performance Transformation initiatives, including the transition to the D365 and OneStream financial systems, and delivering actionable insights to optimize business results across corporate and hotel spend.
What You'll Be Doing:
Performance Transformation & System Transition
- Lead the migration and adoption by programs owners of marketing programs into the OneStream platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Participate in UAT testing to validate historical data and functionality where required.
- Act as a change champion for adoption of the new D365 accounting system across Commercial and Sales organizations, providing assistance and training as required.
- Contribute thought leadership throughout Performance Transformation journey as it pertains to Commercial and Sales organization.
Commercial Insights & Spend Optimization
- Deliver key insights into commercial and sales performance by integrating corporate-level and hotel-level spend data. Advance and leverage PowerBI dashboards to enhance visibility into vendor, agency, and hotel spend.
- Lead quarterly Funds reporting packages for senior leadership, providing transparency on T&E and co-marketing funds. Monitor adoption and compliance of new budgeting and ROI templates.
Sales Partnership & ROI Analysis
- Partner with Sales to quantify ROI for tradeshows and sales events, leveraging standardized budget and ROI templates.
- Deliver post-event reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Create stream-lined reporting, leveraging Power BI or OneStream reporting to recommend program changes, optimization etc.
Special Projects/Ad-hoc
- Prepare financial modelling and provide business case support for strategic plan spend.
- Collaborate with regional and commercial business partner to analyze hotel budgets, and actual spend to support the required outcomes of the Commercial organization.
- Participate in other financial analysis as required.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering roles.
- Experience with financial systems; OneStream knowledge is an asset.
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent finance / accounting experience.
- University Degree – focus in finance/business/accounting.
- Proficient in use of accounting software – such as Microsoft D365, Essbase.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial planning systems (OneStream preferred).

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
