Manager OT Operations

What will your responsibilities be?
- Perform process planning, modeling, and analysis.
- Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation.
- Design, implement and manage security countermeasures against vulnerabilities in the OT environment.
- Design and implement security hardening solutions for Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Write functional requirements/specifications documents.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- 5+ years of related experience in a large enterprise IT environment.
- 7+ years of work experience in large industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technology skills in IT/OT (Operation Technology) Security.
- Strong working experience in OT environments.
- Demonstrates accountability, transparency, and integrity.
- Strong degree of competence in working in global teams and managing customer expectations.
- Strong knowledge in process design
- Solid understanding of basic computer science including algorithms, encryption, databases, operating systems, networks, and tool development.
- Good knowledge of Standards (ISO 2700x, IEC 62443, NIST).
- Proficiency in Firewall-Policy modelling, TCP/IP, VPN Systems, packet analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences at different seniority levels.
- Ability to create and maintain good business relationships with counter parts, customers, and external entities.
- Willingness to travel.
