As the Manager, Solution Consulting, you will lead a high performing team of Solution Consultants focused on supporting our sales team. With a keen focus on winning business, you will develop a team that brings creativity, energy, and measurable impact to all engagements. Your leadership will drive excellence in solution design, deal strategy, and consultative selling, ensuring our team is an indispensable partner to the sales organization.

The Solution Consulting team is responsible for supporting product demonstrations, creating Proof of Concepts (POCs), stewarding technology reviews and pre-implementation conversations, and designing winning solutions to complex challenges. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering Solution Consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes, while also advocating for the team and ensuring continuous improvement. You will establish performance management structures that ensure accountability, growth, and consistency in execution.

As part of a high performing and growing team, you will be responsible for leading the Solution Consulting team into the next era of Benevity’s growth. You will drive scalability, develop team members, and ensure a relentless focus on winning business while always aligning with Benevity’s values of "doing the right thing”!

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement tools, processes, and training that enhance and scale the impact of Solution Consultants across all aspects of Benevity’s business
  • Coach and develop Solution Consultants to strengthen their consultative problem solving, storytelling, and technical acumen
  • Monitor metrics, trends, and deal progression to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize solution strategies
  • Provide clear direction on team goals, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance
  • Act as a deal coach and escalation point, ensuring Solution Consultants have the support they need to execute effectively in high stakes engagements
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure Solution Consultants are aligned with deal priorities, executing with speed and precision
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and shared knowledge, encouraging team members to proactively engage and support one another
  • Use regular, structured performance reviews to assess individual and team development, providing clear feedback and guidance
  • Ensure processes and procedures are well documented, communicated, and adhered to across the team
  • Provide reporting on team success, opportunities, and areas for improvement to Sales & Solution leadership
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Client Success, Product, Marketing, Risk & Compliance, and Finance to ensure Solution Consulting has a meaningful impact on broader company objectives

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Solution Consulting Leadership or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ability to lead with candor, building trust and rapport with team members and fostering an environment of open communication
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under time constraints in a fastpaced, collaborative environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to maintain strong internal and client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Willingness to travel regionally to develop close relationships and support team activities
  • A highperforming coach who thrives on building and growing a team, with a consultative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong judgment, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities while maintaining a strategic, big picture perspective
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development in both technical and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in deal strategy and execution
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms is an asset
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS software solutions
