OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, action-orientated, results-driven marketing coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator with a positive attitude and strong solution-based work ethic. We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized marketer to help elevate our marketing team’s success.

In this role, you’ll champion our expertise and commitment to meaningful member connections, uncover new opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. You’ll be part of the advertising and channel integration team, where you'll execute strategic Brand, B2C, and B2B media campaigns that align with business priorities and drive our fiscal marketing strategy forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work with the marketing team, external agencies and vendors to assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns.

  • Facilitating and coordinating creative briefs for all campaigns, consistently ensuring strong brand standards & identity by partnering with the channel leads.

  • Ensure accuracy of campaign materials and assets, including proofreading as well as QA testing for all aspects of online content.

  • Partner with our Digital and Content teams and Marketing Managers to support all online communication, messaging, and content in paid digital and social channels.

  • Responsible for marketing BCR, monitoring monthly budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  • Manage functional aspects of budgets including spend and invoice processing (multiple business units).

  • Continuously identify new opportunities and bring fresh ideas for improvement.

  • Work with cross functional teams to develop and execute leading programs and campaigns.

  • Understand the strategies set by leadership and activate campaigns that best align to the leadership’s goals and priorities.

  • Evaluate and manage media sponsorship opportunities to strategically support existing programs and elevate our brand in the market.

  • Connect the dots across solutions, services, and sales and marketing to support campaigns and programs that link brand and demand.

  • Continuously identify new opportunities and bring fresh ideas for improvement – using research, market intelligence and sales insights to support the optimization of our marketing and advertising initiatives.

  • Assist in coordinating the production and management of all advertising materials for television, radio, print, digital, social, podcasts and out of home advertising.

  • Create long- and short-term campaign plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhere budgets and deadlines.

  • Develop and adhere to workback schedules and have a plan to mitigate unplanned issues.

  • Support internal and external design and content teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

  • Drive the social strategy by proactively monitoring, engaging with audiences, and ensuring timely, relevant content coordination.

  • Leverage Monday.com to streamline project management, ensuring efficient collaboration and seamless coordination across teams.

  • Help drive team success by assisting with additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as needed to support organizational goals.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or advertising.

  • Minimum of three years marketing experience in a corporate environment, advertising or media agency.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to easily build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple marketing tasks, projects and deadlines all without jeopardizing quality.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with proven experience in client management.

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and impactful results.

  • Proactive and resourceful self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with creative problem-solving.

  • Collaborative team player who also excels independently, driving high-priority projects to completion with precision.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
