**This position is an on-site, maternity leave contract starting May 1st (with option to start earlier) based out of our Calgary, AB office**

About you

The Marketing Coordinator will support the local Marketing team and other departments as needed to enhance Colliers' brand and drive business growth, playing an integral part in the delivery of service excellence.

Key responsibilities include coordinating signage, photography, videography, and Matterport requests, as well as assisting with proposals, presentations, advertising, events, and internal communications.

In this role, you will…

  • Coordinate all marketing requests and communicate artwork and needs to external vendors, ensuring timelines are being delivered

  • Assist the Manager of Marketing and Communications in supporting Client Project Coordinators and Sales Support Specialists to execute marketing campaigns and customize email templates

  • Ensure brand standards are adhered to across all marketing activities and liaise with Client Project Coordinators to update materials when needed

  • Assist in creating a strategic media advertising plan for commercial listings.

  • Assist in collecting, coordinating and implementing print and digital marketing deliverables for commercial listings

  • Contribute to the project management and preparation of large new business pursuits, presentations and pitches.

  • Facilitate creation of marketing strategies and execution of client presentations and pitches.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree/certificate in Marketing or a related field (or 1-2 years experience in a directly related field)

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and SharePoint/OneDrive.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite of products including: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Excellent project management skills, and ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changing priorities

  • Understanding of ad serving technologies and online advertising concepts.

  • Works well independently as well as in a team; takes initiative and pushes conventional thinking to provide creative solutions to problems
