Job Description:
KEV Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team. In this role, you’ll coordinate digital marketing initiatives at KEV including webinars, e-mail campaigns, marketing automation, as well as executing event logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Execute email campaigns, automation and results
- Manage the collection and distribution of leads
- Design, develop, deploy and manage landing pages
- Prepare and execute the logistics for both in person and virtual events (including live and recorded webinars, tradeshows, conferences, etc.)
- Ensure that all work product adheres to the company’s brand messaging and visual identity guidelines
- Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Skills:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing or Communications
- 1-2 years of work experience in a B2B software company
- Experience planning and executing Marketing events (conferences and hosted events)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A detail-oriented self-starter who can demonstrate initiative and thrive in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive environment
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive, can-do attitude is a must
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot or similar CRM, Marketing Automation platform and HTML/CSS knowledge nice to have
- Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
