THE ROLE
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the go-to-market strategy and work closely with various departments to align marketing initiatives with the company’s vision.

You will assist in executing both paid media and organic campaign deliverables, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the crypto industry and marketing processes. This role requires a blend of creative skills and a data-driven approach.

Experience in in-store marketing is a plus. The position offers a competitive salary, health benefits, a hybrid work environment, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative team culture.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will be based out of our office in Etobicoke, ON, with a hybrid work schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Support the execution of paid and organic campaigns to increase foot traffic at Localcoin retail locations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on projects such as new store launches, product launches in-store promotions, and key initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword and content research to enhance owned media.
  • Assist in managing customer retention programs across multiple regions.
  • Perform audits of thousands of Google listings to ensure accuracy and boost local SEO performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing activities.
  • Manage the creation and timely distribution of clear communications about marketing initiatives to internal teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Project management skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in managing marketing or advertising-related projects.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, English/French bilingual is an asset
  • Strong team player, able to effectively collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, awareness, and project integration.
  • Strong understanding of Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and best practices to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • A creative thinker, capable of introducing fresh ideas and improving processes.
