About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, technology-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to help grow our demand generation engine and generate qualified opportunities in our enterprise business. The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with our demand generation, revenue operations, and business systems teams to build, automate and optimize our digital properties. Primary focus areas include management of our marketing tech stack, database management, website management, SEO optimization, conversion rate optimization, and digital advertising support. The Marketing Operations Manager will also evaluate and report on the impact of marketing campaigns from both a granular campaign level and business impact level.

 Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our marketing leadership team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, with primary responsibilities including digital asset management, SEO strategy & execution, web management & optimization, and database management.
  • Management of our WordPress website, including updating and creating new pages, testing and optimizing landing pages, and general maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings, continuously surfacing content opportunities as well as opportunities for technical improvement. 
  • Ensure existing and new pages are optimized with SEO friendly title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Manage our marketing tech stack and ensure Hubspot, Salesforce and other technologies (such as Chili Piper and 6sense) are properly integrated and optimized for maximum impact, partnering closely with the Operations, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams.
  • Identify operational and data gaps, gather needs and work to create short term and long term solutions with relevant stakeholders in marketing and revenue operations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and company policies across all marketing operations activities and technology.
  • Collect, analyze & report on campaign results and website traffic, identifying critical conversion and drop-off points, key SEO metrics, keyword rankings, recommending opportunities to optimize our lead funnel.
  • Be the go-to person for operational and data needs of the marketing team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a marketing operations role in a B2B SaaS organization, eCommerce industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO, including SEO principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Strong expertise in Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Salesforce is required. 6sense, Hotjar, SEMrush & Chilipiper is a plus.
  • Experience in managing a website, optimizing landing pages, and conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones.
  • Solid project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
