We are an early but mighty organization with a leadership team of game industry veterans. There are many opportunities for you to have a big impact on the products we'll be making as well as the overall direction of the company. If you're passionate about tackling difficult problems with direct and thoughtful communication and team first mentality, we may be the right place for you.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing efforts to ensure the successful launch of our mobile games. Partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, you will oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and processes that align with product timelines and objectives. Your focus will be on executing marketing activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every aspect of the launch process is activated and delivered at the right time.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: You’ll design and oversee detailed marketing plans for game launches, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps. By coordinating workflows and resources across teams, you’ll optimize execution while managing risks to timelines and localization strategies tailored to specific markets.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact for marketing operations, you’ll foster alignment across internal teams and external partners. You’ll ensure all assets, messaging, and deliverables are ready for deployment and meet platform requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You’ll track and document key metrics, providing accessible dashboards and actionable performance reports to stakeholders. Using data-driven insights, you’ll refine marketing processes and guide improvements for future campaigns.
  • Process Optimization: By establishing best practices and implementing tools to enhance team coordination, you’ll streamline workflows and ensure efficient marketing operations. You’ll also manage data integration for accurate performance tracking and lead retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
  • Post-Launch Support:You’ll support ongoing marketing efforts by driving lifecycle campaigns, retention strategies, and content updates. Leveraging user feedback, you’ll refine future campaigns and strengthen product positioning.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Game Launch Expertise: Experience managing marketing for mobile game launches across regions, with knowledge of localization requirements, market trends, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android).
  • Marketing and Project Management: Proven track record in marketing operations or project management, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong communicator and collaborator with leadership skills to align diverse teams and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, MMPs, Tableau, Looker) and experience integrating Martech stacks and optimizing data flows.
