About the Role:
 

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Vendor Marketing team by processing sales incentives. In this position, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the incentives process at TD SYNNEX, contributing to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Actively participate as a member of the Vendor Marketing team, providing guidance on processes and best practices throughout all phases of the SPIF incentive.

  • Enter incentives into the database (if applicable) and obtain required documentation and/or tracking ID numbers.

  • Create and manage incentives within our internal marketing platforms.

  • Collect and upload proof of performance/execution (POP/POE) to a central repository.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and submit incentives in a timely manner, with the required SPIF documentation to maximize vendor reimbursement.

  • Track and enter sales winners for incentives, uploading POP to the database.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Education: High School Diploma required.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Smartsheet and strong data entry skills.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and other local/regional languages, fostering understanding and collaboration across diverse identities.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Mathematical Skills: Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to driving tasks to completion.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed in a dynamic environment.

  • Stress Management: Capacity to constructively work under stress and pressure while meeting high workloads and deadlines.

Le Spécialiste des opérations marketing joue un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de l'équipe de marketing des fournisseurs en traitant les incitations à la vente.   • Expérience : Un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Éducation : Diplôme de secondaire requis.
  • Compétences techniques : Familiarité avec Smartsheet et solides compétences en saisie de données.
  • Communication : Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement en anglais et dans d'autres langues locales/régionales, favorisant la compréhension et la collaboration entre diverses identités.
  • Attention aux détails : Forte capacité à reconnaître et à prêter attention aux détails importants avec précision et efficacité.
