The Opportunity
TC Energy is looking to add an #EnergyProblemSolver in Airdrie, AB to support our efforts in Energy Problem Solving and our daily operations.
We are seeking students enrolled in post-secondary technical programs related to the trades (electrical, instrumentation or mechanical) or engineering technologist programs (mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, instrumentation or automation engineering technology, or equivalent).
We engage our technical interns in the very core of our operations. As a valued member of the team, you’ll do exciting, challenging work, solve real world problems, and make a meaningful impact. You’ll learn about the business and build your professional network by working closely with other skilled people at TC Energy. Every day will enhance your knowledge, skills and passion for what you do.
Term length – 4 Months
Minimum Qualifications
-
Actively enrolled in a trade (electrical, instrumentation or mechanical) or engineering technology related diploma program (mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, instrumentation or automation engineering technology) or equivalent, with at least one semester of education complete.

Enrollment at an accredited polytechnic and returning to school for at least one semester following your work term.

Exhibit a safety mindset, in a professional and personal setting.

Must exhibit the TC Energy corporate values and incorporate them into work activities and initiatives: safety, responsibility, integrity, innovation and collaboration.
