Media Investment & Analytics Lead

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Media Investment & Analytics Lead who combines deep biddable platform expertise (emphasis on paid social, followed by search and programmatic) with strong analytical thinking and a builder’s mindset. This client-facing leadership role will own media investment, campaign performance, optimization, and reporting across a portfolio of North American clients.

Success in this role requires equal parts technical fluency, commercial thinking, and communication skill. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, strategists, and creative teams to translate business objectives into media performance while helping shape the systems, processes, and capabilities that support our next phase of growth.

You’re comfortable getting into the details of campaign execution and measurement, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture. You can explain complex platform mechanics in an approachable way, translate data into clear recommendations, and bring thoughtful conviction to client and team conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Based in Toronto, you'll lead a small team of campaign managers and analysts while owning media investment, campaign performance, and analytics across client accounts in Canada and the United States.

You will:

  • Lead media investment across biddable platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Google Ads, and DV360.
  • Partner with Strategy and Client Leadership teams to develop audience targeting, investment recommendations and measurement.
  • Oversee campaign execution, trafficking, QA, platform administration, optimization, and reporting across client accounts.
  • Monitor campaign health and performance, translating results into actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and inform future investment decisions.
  • Guide clients through platform mechanics, performance trends, and emerging opportunities in a clear and approachable way.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, reconciliations, and delivery accountability.
  • Coach and develop a team of campaign managers and analysts while helping shape the tools, systems, and processes that support a growing media capability.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Client Leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive client success.

Who You Are

  • A systems thinker who understands how planning, buying, measurement, reporting, and creative work together to drive results.
  • Data-literate and practical, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • A strong communicator who can translate complex media and analytics concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable taking a position and backing it with evidence while building trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly responsive, collaborative, and proactive in how you manage relationships and communication.
  • A builder who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and helping shape what's next.
  • What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in media investment, paid social, analytics, or performance marketing.
  • Deep hands-on expertise managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience with search, programmatic, video, and CTV is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of ad servers, tagging, measurement frameworks, reporting tools, and campaign QA processes.
  • Experience building dashboards, analyzing performance, and translating data into business recommendations.
  • Proven success managing vendor relationships, budgets, and campaign delivery.
  • Experience improving processes, implementing tools, and scaling operational excellence within a team environment.

Compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 CAD, depending on experience.
