Analyzes / designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve the company's production facilities within regulations and GMP guidelines. Activities may include process monitoring, safety and environmental improvements, troubleshooting, process reliability improvements, validation, and technology transfers. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may train personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist project managers or engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Here is what You need (Minimum Requirements)
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years
- of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience

- API Manufacturing Experience
- Knowledge/Experience in Lean Mfg concepts
- Experience in process hazard analysis, LOPA, and other process safety management review.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train other colleagues.
- History of delivering new product introductions, implementing cost reductions/eliminations, and experience in leading significant investigations and/or site-wide initiatives or program changes.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical Demands: Frequent time in the manufacturing area around equipment with moving parts, stair climbing, roof access.
- Work Environment: Use of hearing and eye protection is required.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Colleague must be willing to work off-shift and weekends as needed to support 24/7 production environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
