Become an Outcoder as a Mid Senior Azure DevOps Engineer
We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure services and DevOps practices to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployments, automating processes, and optimizing performance. You will collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to align DevOps solutions with business goals.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps tools.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks (Bicep/Terraform).
- Proficiency with PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation tasks.
- Experience with Azure WAF and API Gateway setup and management.
- Strong understanding of security practices and compliance policies (nice to have).

- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively across departments.
- Project Management: Capable of leading small projects or upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and resource management.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing configurations, permissions, and automation scripts to avoid disruptions.
- Training & Documentation: Ability to develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
Analytical & Planning Skills:
- Capacity Planning: Forecast and manage infrastructure and storage needs to align with business growth.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with data protection laws and compliance frameworks like GDPR.
- Performance Optimization: Experience in fine-tuning performance with tools such as Azure Monitor, SharePoint Health Analyzer, or equivalent solutions.
- Business Analysis: Ability to align Azure and SharePoint solutions with specific business needs, ensuring optimal ROI.
