Eagle Builders is looking for a Millwright Apprentice who thrives on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll help keep our precast concrete operations moving by maintaining, repairing, and improving the equipment our production team relies on every day.

What You’ll Do
- Keep plant equipment running safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs when equipment breaks down
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Support equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications
- Perform welding, fabrication, and general maintenance tasks
- Find practical solutions to mechanical challenges
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Help minimize downtime and keep production moving forward

Requirements
- Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
- 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice
- Valid Class 5 license, acceptable abstract and reliable transportation
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Available to join an on-call rotation schedule for Saturdays
- Physically able to perform demanding work for extended periods
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet all day
- Ability to read various schematics
- Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Assets
- Previous millwright, maintenance, or industrial manufacturing experience
