At Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, we develop regulated technology that helps unlock better evidence and improve patient outcomes worldwide. Our software platforms support clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making in highly controlled regulatory environments.

As a Mobile Platform Technical Lead, you will shape how our mobile applications are built, tested, and delivered to users around the world. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused initially on strengthening and automating our mobile delivery platform. You may come from mobile engineering, Mobile DevOps, build engineering, or release engineering. What matters most is that you have real-world experience shipping Android or iOS applications to production and are excited to take deeper ownership of the CI/CD, automation, and engineering practices behind reliable mobile delivery. As our delivery platform matures, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute your mobile engineering expertise more broadly. If you enjoy solving complex mobile delivery challenges while staying close to engineering, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation

  • Paid time off and company holidays

  • Opportunities to learn and grow within a global healthcare organization

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for Clario’s mobile delivery roadmap, mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and removing delivery blockers.

  • Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for Android or iOS applications across build, automated test, signing, and release stages.

  • Own and automate the mobile release lifecycle, including versioning, certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, secrets, and deployment through Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Troubleshoot complex mobile build, signing, pipeline, and store-deployment issues while improving reliability, security, monitoring, build performance, and developer experience.

  • Partner with Mobile Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to establish scalable delivery practices and contribute to broader mobile engineering initiatives as the platform evolves.

What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience across mobile software development, Mobile DevOps, build engineering, release engineering, or related areas.

  • Hands-on experience shipping Android or iOS applications to production through Google Play or the Apple App Store, with practical knowledge of the mobile release lifecycle.

  • Experience with mobile CI/CD, build or release automation using tools such as Fastlane, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Codemagic, CircleCI, or similar.

  • Experience with mobile signing and release requirements, such as certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, secrets management, and store submission.

  • Strong software development or scripting skills using Swift, Kotlin, Bash, Python, or similar technologies, with an interest in mobile delivery automation and developer tooling.

  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive delivery while remaining hands-on.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, QA, security, and product teams.

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, cloud-native platforms, C#/.NET MAUI, LaunchDarkly, or AI-assisted developer tooling is beneficial.

At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence. It’s a cause that unites and inspires us. It’s why we come to work—and how we empower our people to make a positive impact every day. Whether you're advancing clinical science, building innovative technology, or supporting our global teams, your work helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.
