Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced National Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Ireland business in Dublin, where we are now certified as a Great Place to Work!
You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting into the Ireland Head of Sales. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders who are always looking for improvement activities within our Ireland business unit. The delivery of the commercial P&L of one of our Top 3 customers will be your primary responsibility.
What you'll do:

  • Understanding your Business and Leveraging Financial Concepts: You will work with internal and external resources to identify sales opportunities through data analysis and intellectual curiosity. You will develop financial competence and will be responsible for leading internal forecasting and growing customer specific P&Ls.
  • Selling with Impact and Insights: You will work closely with other functional areas to develop- simplify- and sell account specific strategies. You will interpret data and use your creativity to influence through engaging stories that solve your retailer's needs.
  • Implementing Commercial Plans: You will move with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans with your retailer. You will engage in project management to deliver winning plans in store and online whilst also engaging in negotiations that generate mutually beneficial solutions for you and your customer.


What you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer relationship management
  • Confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with strong negotiation skills
  • Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner; taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred
  • Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite
