We are seeking an experienced Odoo Product-Owner | Manager to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Odoo platform, including backend infrastructure, server setup, and module configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodology, Python, JavaScript, and open-source technology. The role begins as part-time during a 30-day probation period, with the opportunity to transition to full-time upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo product development, from strategy and planning to execution and delivery.
- Set up, configure, and maintain Odoo backend infrastructure and server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage Scrum methodology for the Odoo development team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of work, develop strategies, and design Odoo module architecture that aligns with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and configuration of both frontend and backend Odoo modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide expert consultation on Python and JavaScript for Odoo module development, enhancing system capabilities and user experience.
- Manage open-source technology integration within the Odoo framework, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and stability of Odoo deployments.
Required Experience | Skillsets:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Product-Owner or Engineer with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in backend Odoo infrastructure, server setup, and configurations.
- Proficient in Scrum methodology, with experience leading agile development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and open-source technology.
- Experience in strategy development, scope of work consultation, and Odoo module architecture.
- Hands-on experience with front and backend Odoo module configuration, design, and development.
