Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant at Rivman Industrial

Rivman Industrial is a leading manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality industrial equipment. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our operations.

Role Overview:

As the Office Administrative Assistant at Rivman Industrial, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's office. You will work closely with the management team, employees, and clients, providing them with exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner

- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate department

- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain and update company records, reports, and databases

- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team

- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents

- Assist with HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and managing onboarding and offboarding processes

- Liaise with external vendors and service providers

- Manage office budgets and expenses

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus
