Reports To: People Operations Manager

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office by managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting staff with various administrative tasks.

This is a part-time position that will work out of our Los Angeles office Monday -  Friday from 10am - 2pm (or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays 9am - 2:30pm). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning for team members.

  • Oversee the corporate apartments usage and general upkeep.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and other correspondence.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks, reporting, and presentations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a "get-things-done" attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • An open communicator—able to speak to all levels inside and outside the organization, with relative ease.

  • Team player actively contributing to the team's success through knowledge-sharing, support, and engaging in team activities
