Office Administrator


Be the welcoming and organizational anchor of Capco’s Toronto office, supporting a professional, inclusive, and well-run workplace every day.


The Role

We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Toronto. This role is on-site five days per week and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and high-performing office environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You’ll support front-of-house operations alongside facilities, events, and day-to-day office administration,


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Toronto office, providing professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and clients.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor registration, calls, inbox monitoring, access card issuance and deactivation in line with HR and IT processes.
  • Coordinate office facilities and maintenance activities, working closely with building management, security teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage the expenses and purchasing of kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages, and general office supplies
  • Oversee daily office readiness including kitchen, meeting rooms, and shared spaces, ensuring alignment with Capco standards and health and safety requirements.
  • Support internal meetings and office events, including room setup, catering coordination, AV readiness, and logistics for deliveries and breakdowns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years’ experience in office coordination, facilities, or workplace operations within a professional services or corporate environment (e.g. Banking, Finance, Law Firm, Consulting, Accounting, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.
  • Present a consistently professional, articulate, polished presence appropriate for a client-facing office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail and approach to problem-solving and office needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting office events, training sessions, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with corporate credit card use, invoice checking, or basic financial administration.
  • Health and safety knowledge and/or certification

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
