Office Services Coodinator (Contract)

The Position

Keyera is looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join us in our Calgary office for a temporary 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for high level meetings including boardroom management, IT coordination, light clean up pre and post meetings and ensuring appropriate supplies are available for each meeting
• Coordinate Catering for medium sized corporate events
• Work alongside receptionist to sort and manage inter office mail
• Assist with each floor inventory management for stationery and kitchen supplies, keeping appropriate stock levels
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration, customer service or hospitality
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with cross business stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
