Be an Early Applicant
Provide accurate One Shot freight quotes to customers and internal teams using rating guidelines. Coordinate with terminal staff, dispatch, sales, and other departments to deliver timely pricing. The role requires strong communication, data entry, listening, organization, multitasking, geographic knowledge, and the ability to visualize trailer loading. Familiarity with freight movement, AS400, and Excel is beneficial. Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required.

Job Description- Provide customers and internal personnel with One Shot Quotes based on rating guidelines.
- Communicate and work with terminal staff, dispatch, sales, and other departments to provide timely accurate quotes.
- The option of working remotely is available.
- Professional communication with external and internal customers
- Excellent data entry and listening skills
- Able to spatially recognize patterns and envision how freight loads in a trailer
- Efficient, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Knowledge of service area and geography
- Experience with AS400 and Excel is an asset
- Knowledge of operations in relation to freight movement is an asset
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal communication)
