What We Need

At Dandy, we're rewriting the playbook on People and Talent operations. We're on the hunt for a creative People Technology Operations Analyst, focusing on Recruitment and Headcount Management, to supercharge our processes—from fine-tuning our headcount flow to delivering data insights that drive strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Head of People Ops (Technology), you'll collaborate with key stakeholders across People and Recruitment, ensuring we operate with precision, speed, and resilience. Join us to boost operational excellence and make every process a standout success.

Location Requirement:
This is a remote position open exclusively to candidates who are currently residing in Brazil and are legally authorized to work in Brazil. Applicants outside of Brazil will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a key contributor to People and Recruitment operations, focusing on process optimization and data reporting and entry. 

  • Support and improve people processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Utilize and optimize our technology stack—including Paylocity, Ashby ATS, and other tools—to support reporting and operational workflows.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Partner on strategic projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

  • Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve People and Talent processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency and data integrity.

You Need to Have These

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and at least 4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on Recruitment processes & systems.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Hex or similar platforms for reporting and analysis.

  • Familiarity with HR and Recruiting platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Ashby ATS, Lattice) is highly desirable.

  • Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment, running multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with process improvement or operational frameworks.

  • Familiarity with employee engagement, workforce planning, head count management or talent optimization strategies. 

  • Familiarity with UKG.

  • Strong communication skills to translate complex processes into simple, actionable steps.
